Ingredients: | pie shell and crust to top
chanterelles out the wazoo, chopped onions or leeks chopped garlic chopped celery or celerac chopped potatoes, boiled and chopped carrots chopped green peas white gravy(use broth from boiled meat add a good deal of black pepper(don't hurt yourself) and some salt, sage and thyme meat, boiled and chopped |

Preparation: | Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil and chop meat and potatoes; set aside. saute mushrooms onions and garlic in deep greased skillet add all vegetables except green peas. prepare white gravy and stir into sauteed mushrooms, adding peas and meat. pour into pastry shell add top crust, flute and slit. bake in 350 degree oven 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown. |
