Ingredients: | 2 c cream
3/4 c (bulk) splenda 1 pkt gelatin 2 oz splenda sweetened flavored syrup 1 tsp vanilla |

Preparation: | Let gelatin soften in syrup.
Put crean in saucepan. Over medium heat, warm cream until edges bubble; remove from heat. Whisk in bulk splenda, vanilla and softened gelatin. Pour into suitable container or amusing mold, let set about 5 hours. |

Notes: | Variations:
Mocha: soften gelatin in 2 oz chocolate splenda syrup and 2 Tbsp instant coffee Coconut: substitute 1 c coconut milk for 1 c cream. Use coconut flavored syrup for softening gelatin. |
