Ingredients:the slaw:

1/2 napa cabbage, shredded
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 red bell pepper, sliced very thin
4 green onions, sliced
1 c snow peas, sliced very thin

the dressing:

2 tsp wasabi (powder if you have to) or more to taste. Less would be heresy!
2 tsp water (if you have to use powdered wasabi)
1 tbs minced garlic (or more - to taste)
1 tbs minced fresh ginger
5 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs dark sesame oil
2 tbs toasted sesame seeds
Preparation:Like most slaws, the sooner consumed after mixing, the better.
Notes:(The sauce would also be yummy on iceberg lettuce.)
