Ingredients: | Frozen chicken tenderloins
Grated Tillamook cheddar Grated Gruyere Real Deal Mexican red sauce (salsa, whatever) Diced white onions Chopped cilantro |

Preparation: | Heat oven to 375 or so, turn timer to 20 minutes and leave frozen tenderloins in pan on counter.
When timer goes off, run into kitchen while drooling and place frozen tenderloins in oven for 20 minutes, make sure to set the timer again. When timer goes off, pull tenderloins, slap on a bunch of salsa/red sauce, cover entirely with grated cheeses, top with onion and cilantro, and throw into oven on broil. Heat it up good until the cheese is bubbly and serve. Add your own accessory foods. Corn tortillas would be great, along with whole beans or refried beans. And some guacamole. |
