Ingredients: | 1lb meat. Plain hamburger will do. Pork sausage or other ground stuff to your taste and proportion.
1c oatmeal (or bread crumbs, or cracker crumbs). Or a little more. 1 egg 1 medium-sized onion, chopped fairly coarsely Other spices, garlic, Lawry's, Tony's, Johnny's, etc. 3/4 can Campbell's Cream of Soup. We usually use mushroom, but chicken, celery, others also work well. |

Preparation: | Squish all the above together by hand.
Put in loaf pan. Spread the other 1/4 can of the cream soup on top. Bake for about an hour at 350. |
