Ingredients: | 1/2 cup butter (1 stick, room temp)
1/2 cup sugar 3 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp cardamon 1 cup flour ice water |

Preparation: | Cream butter & sugar; whisk in eggs one at a time. Add cardamon and vanilla, sift in flour, then add cold water to thin until the consistency of a thick cream sauce.
Heat iron thoroughly over medium heat; may need to grease lightly for first cookie. Drop a big spoonful of batter in center of iron, spread a little, then close iron. 30 seconds each side until just browned, roll IMMEDIATELY. Store in airtight container. |
