Ingredients: | 1 c sugar
1/2 c butter 3 ripe bananas, mashed 2 eggs 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 c flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 c nuts, chopped (I use walnuts) |
||
Preparation: | Cream together sugar and butter. Add mashed bananas and eggs, mixing until well combined. Add baking soda, flour, and salt; mix until well combined. Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased 8"x4" bread pan (or four small loaf pans) at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes (30 minutes for small loaves) or until tester come out clean.
Make one large or 4 small loaves |

Notes: | How 'bout some bread recipes? There were given to me by my friend Sara; dunno where she got them from. They are especially "cute" (as in, nice for a date, dinner guests, etc) when you make them using small loaf pans (2"x4"). Enjoy! | ||
