Key words:pork chops, seasoning Category:Main Dishes

Ingredients:4 boneless pork chops
2 Tbsp butter

Seasoning:
1 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp rubbed sage
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Preparation:Combine seasonings; coat chops with seasoning mixture on both sides. Heat butter over high heat until it starts to brown. Put chops in pan, reduce heat to medium. Fry on both sides until dark brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Notes:I found this recipe years and years ago and have no idea whether it is actually Cajun or not (help me Martin!).

I keep a spice jar handy with the seasonings in it and have tried it on almost everything- chicken, fish, even vegetables. I love it. It's pretty hot but not numbing. Be careful when you cook it because if you get the peppery steam in your eyes, it'll getcha!
