Ingredients:	1 lb (12 fl oz) tahini 12 fl oz lemon juice 2 Tbsp garlic juice 2 tsp salt 1/4-1/2 c water
Preparation:	Blend 1st four ingredients. Add water to achieve suitable wateriness (thinner than mayonaisse, thicker than ketchup)
